MWH makes the utmost effort to perform your wedding at the time and place scheduled, if however, due to circumstances beyond our control or due to inclement weather, we may be forced to change times or places or re-schedule for another day. Sunset weddings usually begin one hour prior to sunset, however in case of weather we cannot guarantee a sunset. In case of rain or inclement weather, we will either; 1. Change the wedding location to a nearby drier location, or, 2. Perform your wedding in your hotel room or condo, or, 3.Try to arrange for another indoor location, or, 4. If possible, and agreed to by both parties, reschedule for another day. Some locations may require the payment of an additional fee by you outside this contract. For example, churches may require a donation of upwards of $200.00. If rescheduling for another day, there may be a fee per vendor cancelled or rescheduled. If MWH is unable to perform any part of or all of this contract due to act of God, force majure, labor disputes and strikes, or other forces beyond the control of the parties, the parties herein agree that MWH’s liability is limited to a refund of the payments made for that part which was not received or for all of this contact if MWH was unable to perform the whole of this agreement.

The clients, (wedding couple), shall assume any and all responsibility for themselves and their guests with respect to alcoholic beverages served and consumed at their wedding. The clients shall hold MWH, and it’s subsidiaries, independent and sub- contractors harmless of any and all liability with respect to injury or death, for any reason, during, or at any time following their ceremony.

To secure our services in providing your wedding, we require a minimum non-refundable deposit of $200.00. (Some packages require larger non-refundable deposits, based upon the amount of services ordered). Accommodations packages require additional non-refundable deposits to hold the accommodations for you. Although non-refundable, the deposit will be applied towards your total bill. The balance due on the wedding package ordered is due 30 days prior to the wedding date, for wedding and honeymoon packages, the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. MWH will grant no refunds of the deposit or paid balance for weddings cancelled on Holidays, including Valentine’s Day. Hawaii State tax 4.17% will be added to all prices. Prices of wedding packages are subject to change. In the event of a change to your package, postponement or cancellation of the wedding, MWH will retain the non-refundable deposit paid. MWH may retain part or all of the paid balance amounts as liquidated damages, unless written notification is received by MWH no less than 30 days prior to the wedding date. Weddings for which full payment has been made and that are cancelled due to emergency or illness may be refunded all amounts paid except the non-refundable deposit(s) upon sufficient and reasonable proof provided to MWH. In the alternative and upon sufficient and reasonable proof of emergency or illness, credit may be applied toward a future wedding date if, and only if, a resort property on which the wedding is to be held also agrees to the credit towards the future wedding date.

MWH owns the negatives and has the exclusive right to make additional reproductions of the photographs for the client for a period of two years after the wedding date. MWH reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions of the clients wedding photographs for purposes of display, exhibitions, contests, advertising and other purposes unless otherwise specifically stated herein. No! We the client(s) do not want our wedding photographs used for purposes of display, exhibitions, contests, advertising and other purposes.

I/we, (wedding couple), have read and understand and fully agree with this contract. I/we fully understand what is and is not included in this wedding contract. I/we also understand that the full amount, including taxes, is due 30 days prior to our wedding date.
